ATC200-1000 Issues

10.1 Unable to Open Software or Connect to ATC200-1000

• Consult ATC200-1000 User Guide (639514) or ATC200-1000 Computer Interface Quick Guide

(639561) to use IP conﬁ g tool to connect to the controller.

• If using Vista, see Section 16.

• See Section 8.1 for other suggestions.

10.2 Pop-ups Not Allowed

• In the Internet browser, go to Tools→Pop-up Blocker. Select Turn off Pop-up Blocker.

• To permanently turn off pop-up blocker for this controller:

In the Internet browser, go to Tools→Pop-up Blocker→Pop-up Blocker Settings.

Enter IP address of controller.

10.3 No Devices Found

• Turn off pop-up blocker (Section 10.2).

• ATC200-1000 cannot ﬁ nd devices in AISG 2.0 mode. It can ﬁ nd AISG 1.1 devices through a

TMA in AISG 2.0 mode.

• See Sections 6.1 and 8.3.

10.4 Status LED is Red

• One possibility is that there are devices in the controller database that are no longer being

accessed. Manually remove the devices.

• Another possibility is that some devices are not being accessed. See Section 10.3.

10.5 Antenna Movement Failed

• Verify sufﬁ cient voltage level. On the controller menu bar, go to Help→About.

Voltage level should be close to 24Vdc. (Voltage is next to AISG.)

• Test the actuator in isolation. See Section 5.

10.6 Cannot Upload Software to Controller

• More than one FTP server may be running. To check, enter FTP://localhost in the internet
