10.7 Cannot Find Devices After Installing New Software

• Reboot controller

• Verify IP settings and connection for LMT port.

• Try using another controller. The controller may need replacement.

• Verify that correct IP settings are being used for the LMT port (10.254.254.253) and for the

Ethernet port (factory default is 192.168.255.141).

10.9 FTP Only Works Partially and Stops

• Verify that this is consistent by repeated trials.

• Try another PC.
